Unused items purchased within the last 30 days are eligible for a refund. If you purchased an item more than 30 days ago or have used it, it’s not eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We don’t offer product exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an unused item for a different one, you can request a refund and separately purchase the new item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refunded funds typically take 2-5 business days to post on your end.
Only regular priced and sale items may be refunded. Clearance items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or a completely different item, you will need to request a refund and separately order the new item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the price of the item at the time of original purchase. Proof of gift purchase/receipt is required for gift returns.
Returned Item Shipping
You are responsible for the shipping cost of shipping returned item, unless the item was received damaged or was incorrectly shipped to you. Original order shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was received damaged or was incorrectly shipped to you. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Your satisfaction with our products and customer service is extremely important to us. That’s why we’ll always go the extra mile to make sure that you are more than happy with your order. We want you to love the products you buy from our store. Even more, we want you to love them so much that you tell everyone you know about them.
If we drop the ball and you’re dissatisfied with your order and would like to request a refund within 30 days of purchase date, we’re here to help. Simply follow the steps below and we’ll take care of the rest:
STEP 1: Contact us via email or telephone with the following information: Your name, order number, and reason for refund request.
STEP 2: We’ll respond as soon as possible and let you know if you’ll need to mail the purchased product(s) back to us before a refund is issued.
STEP 3: We’ll either issue an immediate refund or wait until we receive the returned product(s) you mail to us before we issue a refund. It depends on the product(s) in question and the reason for refund request.
